Modi Resort is a sea-shore resort spread over 23750 sq. yards of front property along the Arabian Sea. We offer a variety of accommodations, including 75 AC and non-AC rooms, 5 dormitory halls, and an AC banquet hall. We also have an AC restaurant, AC discotheque, party plot, party lawn, children's amusement park, water park, swimming pool, and rain dance.
